Meet Jeannine
I’m proud to be a woman-owned and operated business dedicated to providing top-notch Accounting/Bookkeeping, Fractional CFO and US Tax Services exclusively for women entrepreneurs. My passion for numbers and a genuine desire to help others are at the core of everything I do.
I had a very unconventional childhood; I grew up in San Diego while it had its ups and downs, there was a lot of joy. When I was fifteen my mom met and married a wonderful man, and our world changed very quickly. For the first time stability entered my life, but I had no one to guide me in what my interests were or even figuring it out. At that time no one in my family had attended a college class, let alone ever dreamed of what was rolling around in my head. Everyone was working class, but I knew I was made for better things. I just needed to figure out the way to make it happen.
Two things were instilled in my upbringing, which I would say have been the foundation of who I am today, a great work ethic and not to be afraid to ask questions. I was raised to believe that if you worked hard enough you could be anyone and if you were truly were asking questions with the want to learn, no question would ever be ignored. Those two things have shaped my entire life and turned me into the person I am today.
One thing they also taught me was that no one would ever help you, just because they wanted to help you. They said that I would need to figure it out on my own. I just couldn’t imagine that there were no one out there willing to help women figure out a path, help them forge a plan or at the very least give advice and guess what they were right... It took me a little while to figure it all out but when I was in my early 20's I worked as an accounting assistant in a family-owned real estate firm, and it sparked my love for numbers.
Everything I have made of myself has been out of sheer determination, hard work and the will to live a better life than my ancestors. I have had a great accounting career over the past 30 years, but four years ago I made the brave choice to leave the corporate world and take entrepreneurship by storm. It was the best decision I have ever made and wished I had made it sooner.
I never imagined that when I was growing up, I would have a successful career guiding women in their financial journey. And that being the person that they go to immediately when they need advice has brought me so much joy and is so fulfilling. I am so grateful for the life I am living and look forward to the future and hope you are a part of it!
